Today I had a dryer delivered (Anderson Avenue) by Sim and Shad from Rolly's Transfer, that I ordered from Costco online....I couldn't be happier with the service. These two guys were excellent — very friendly and easy to communicate with. They carefully delivered the new dryer into my basement and also removed the old one. Everything was done efficiently and with care. Professional, courteous, and helpful — great job, Sim and Shad!
Khaled and Shad delivered our stove, set it up, adjusted the legs perfectly, removed the old one, and were super guys.
Khaled and Shad had our old washer and dryer hauled out and the new ones in place and installed quickly. They were professional and made sure to be respectful of the house, keeping it clean and damage free.

The move out from my uncle's third floor walk up apartment went extremely well. I was quoted an entire day to do the job, but Brad and Khaled finished in around 3 hours. They did such a great job! Both movers were very pleasant and efficient, and the furniture had no issues despite all the trips up and down the stairs.
We had Khaled and Brad move out two stoves through some very tight doorways and turns, with exceptional care and efficiency. The house had just been painted that day and they left without any trace of them having been there! We definitely recommend Rolly's and particularly Khaled and Brad.
They were so good! I did not think that they would move everything - BUT THEY DID!!!! Khalid and Ryan took special care of everything and went out of their way for us. This was the second time in 2 months we hired Rolly's and we were very pleased with the care and attention they took.

After a failed attempt from another company, Rick and Sim showed up and professionally removed our old fridge and successfully installed our new one. Rolly's did my recent move from apartment to detached house. Khalid was a great mover and took the time to repack the truck to make sure all my items fit in one load. It was quick and they wrapped my things properly to prevent damage. They even set up my table, bed, etc. in my new place and placed them where I wanted them so I didn't have to move them later.
My elderly Father was unable to move himself, and Rolly's Transfer stepped up and took the initiative to get the jump done. Rolly's removed a stressful task from an already difficult situation. I am very thankful to their team.
I recently ( June 26) moved from Winnipeg to the Kenora, Ontario area. My first move in 26 years. I genuinely expected it to be an ordeal and it couldn't have been better. From the initial communications with Ryan, then with Rylun directly, onward to the driver and mover, KHALED AND AHMED, these guys were excellent. Khaled answered everything I asked with we can do that, let me do that. He drove a bumpy, windy gravel road and driveway easily with zero problems, zero complaints, polite professional, on-time, experienced company and people and I can't recommend them enough. If you are moving, get your due-diligence 4 quotes like I did, just for peace of mind, but choose wisely. Choose 60 years of experience. 5 star customer service. thank you!
Kevin and Khaled are two hard working and friendly guys who did an awesome job moving our furniture to it's new location. They had the truck loaded in a very short time and unloaded it just as quickly. Everything went very smoothly with no hiccups. Today, we enlisted Rolly's transport for our house move, and I can't say enough about Kevin and Cole—they were absolute rock stars! These guys were not only incredibly respectful and professional, but they also worked harder than anyone I've seen in ages. This was our first experience using movers. Ryan and Kevin were fantastic. They came up and introduced themselves. Then took a walk through and started moving everything. Very safe with fragiles and TV's. Very safe moving up and down the stairs. Told us things they could move for us we didn't know could go. Very helpful and resourceful, confident and people friendly. Very reasonable prices. 100 percent recommended to use these gentlemen and Rolly's Transfer for any of your moving needs. We will be calling them back again the next time we need to move.
